Google not displaying special characters

Question

Yes, this is not related to code, but I just published a website that contains characters like ? ? ? ? ? and google for some reason won't display them properly. I checked, the font I am using contains these (I am using Quicksand https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Quicksand). How can I fix this?
