python - After changing enviroment Jupyter Notebook doesn`t work

I changed my enviroment in the Anaconda Prompt. I started Jupyter Notebook with

jupyter notebook

with the new enviroment. It is opening in my browser, but doesn′t run any code. Every package I need is installed. Has it anything to do with the Kernel?
