azure - URL rewrite within application gateway - adding path in URL

I'm running AAG v2 and this supports a rewrite of the URL. and i need a hard rewrite.

i have create a AAG multipath rule. The path based rule "/test/*" is attached to a specific HTTP setting/Backend pool

I have several web application working like this within the same AAG. I need to add a new Web application, but this one is causing an issue, because the source doesn't use relative paths. So this web application doesn't 'respect' adding /test/ to the url. and therefor it redirects to the default backendpool.

I hope i can solve this by adding a URL write. It just needs to add /test/ to every url. How do i configure this?

Name and Association: give it a name and select the effected routing rule/path (not on the default rewrite setting)

How do i configure the IF and DO?
